Monumentos a los Pegasos, ubicado en el barrio de Getsemani

El barrio de Getsemani es un lugar que en la epoca colonial era un barrio muy popular el cual estaba separado del centro de Cartagena por la Muralla. Los edificios son mas simples que en el Centro, a excepcion de las construcciones de las iglesias. El muelle de los Pegasos se encuentra entre el Centro de Convenciones y el Camellón de los Martires. La vista desde alli es espectacular, y ademas diagonalmente podemos observar a la Torre del Reloj Publico. Del otro lado del Camellón de los Martires se encuentra el parque Centenario donde podemos apreciar grandes iguanas y otros animales silvestres en total libertad.

Los toures y excursiones hacia las islas del Rosario parten desde el muelle Pegasos donde una entrada al puerto deportivo cuesta algunos millones de pesos. El muelle tiene como nombre la Bodeguita y un edificio es observable donde el capitán del puerto trabaja. Este muelle recibió este nombre debido a las dos esculturas de los pegasos cerca del Centro de Convenciones.

The neighborhood of Gethsemane is a place in the colonial era was a very popular which was separated from the center of Cartagena by the Wall. The buildings are simpler than in the center, except for the construction of churches. The spring of the Pegasus is located between the Convention Center and the bund of the Martyrs. From there the view is spectacular, and also we can see diagonally to the Clock Tower Public. Across the bund of the Martyrs is the Centennial Park where we see large iguanas and other wildlife in complete freedom.

The tours and excursions to the islands of Rosario leave from the dock entrance to Pegasus where a marina costs several million dollars. The spring is the Bodeguita name is observable and a building where the captain of the port works. This spring was named because of the two sculptures of the Pegasus near the Convention Center.
